We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit (change of mind)
We will accept return of merchandise (at our discretion) ONLY IF IN ORIGINAL SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .The purchaser must first contact Curious Minds - Puzzles & Games and request an RA (return Authorisation). Return of goods due to change of mind will not be accepted unless an RA has been issued to the purchaser. We will issue a Credit to your account which can be used at a later date either on-line or at any Curious Minds - Puzzles & Games retail outlet. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer & freight charges will not be credited.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace or repair (at our discretion) any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. If we are unable to repair or replace the item, either a store credit or a refund will be issued. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
